It's application season for the AIMA, Photonics Engineering, MDLM, DSC and BME master programs!
The Advanced Imaging and Material Appearance: Metrology & Modelling - AIMA track focuses on imaging. It encompasses physical principles of image formation, imaging technologies, image analysis, digital image processing, and image reproduction by printing. It also includes the appearance of materials and other specific imaging application such as document security. The aim of the programme is to provide sufficient knowledge and skills to start a career as an engineer or a researcher in these fields.
ABOUT AIMA APPLICATION PROCEDURE & KEY DATES
The specialty in Photonics Engineering offers the full set of academic courses and teach a knowledge-based approach in the fields of surface and interface science and technology (development and application of fiber optics or waveguide components or sensors, characterization of surfaces).
ABOUT PHOTONICS ENGINEERING APPLICATION PROCEDURE & KEY DATES
The specialisation track in Machine Learning and Data Mining (MLDM) provides an original scientific position in Europe on problems related to machine learning, big data, pattern recognition, classification, modelling, knowledge extraction and data mining. These issues have a strong employability potential for students trained in the fields of data science, prediction, data analysis or decision support, as well as in the area of the Web, image and video processing, vision, health informatics, fraud and anomaly detection in text and documents, in the fields of environment, energy or biology.
ABOUT MLDM APPLICATION PROCEDURE & KEY DATES
The aim of the DSC track is to train specialists capable of responding to the problems of data massification and the interconnection of computer systems and communicating objects linked to the current digital metamorphosis (web, Internet of Things, big data) by mastering the processing chain from raw data to its analysis, as well as its use in interconnected intelligent systems.
ABOUT DSC APPLICATION PROCEDURE & KEY DATES
Students coming from the first year of the MSc in Health Engineering choosing the Biomedical Engineering track gain a general education in biomedical engineering and medical imaging, enabling them to work in various fields of activity within laboratories and Bio-Medtech companies. The main teaching modules highlight the design and manufacturing process of cell and tissue, focusing on 3D culture in bioreactors, stem cell biology and biomechanics.
