Alain Trémeau obtained his PhD in Computer Vision from Jean Monnet University in 1993. In 1998, he got his Accreditation to lead research (HDR) and has been a Professor in Computer at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies at Jean Monnet University since 1999. He has been carrying out his research in Computer Vision and Colour Science at the Hubert Curien Laboratory since 2010.
MAIN REPONSABILITIES
Alain Trémeau is the UJM coordinator of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) COSI - Computational Colour and Spectral Imaging, and member of the Educational Committee of the Manutech-SLEIGHT Graduate School.
He is a member of the Steering Committee of the European University alliance ARQUS and coordinates the Work Package 6 “Research” for Université de Lyon (UdL). He led the APPAMAT CNRS Reasearch Group from January to June 2019, and later became a member of the its Direction Committee. He has been the Vice Rector in charge of International Relations at Jean Monnet University since 2018 and a member of the International Commission of UdL since 2018.
