JOB OFFER - Admin - Research Project Support Officer

Unique opportunity to join the Laboratoire Hubert Curien as our new admin person in charge of assisting our researchers with their future and ongoing projects.

This Category A position will consist in:

Assisting with the administrative set-up of grant applications:
  • Help drafting the project content to be submitted,
  • Help setting up the financial plan.

Administrative and financial monitoring:
  • Help researchers monitor projects and their progress,
  • Assist with requests for budget modifications and other amendments,
  • Support with expenditure eligibility in line with financial regulations and provisional budgets,
  • Preparation and assistance with financial reporting,
  • Initiative to improve contract admin and financial follow-up tools (time sheets, equipment use sheets, monitoring of amortization)s.

Monitoring role:
  • Monitor regulatory and documentary changes, particularly Community law and funding organizations, in connection with the lab's scientific research topics,
  • Participate in information sessions with institutional funders.

Archiving and compilation of data:
  • Monitoring of regulatory updates and specific requests from funders,
  • Optimization of project documentation archiving for potential audit (paper / dematerialized archiving).
