We train our graduate students to become knowledge advocates. We invite master students to prepare for the Certificate, which rewards their involvement in the Graduate School’s research activities, and can be an added-value to their Master diploma. By completing the required actions, master students have a great opportunity to discover the scientific methodology, attend outstanding scientific events, build up their professional profile and strengthen their network.
MODALITIES
You obtain the Certificate if you have applied or are a Manutech-SLEIGHT scholarship holder and if:
- You attend, for two or three (*) days each, the SSE held while you are on training in St-Etienne/Lyon.
- You meet at least one of the following conditions:
- Present an oral paper, poster or pitch at an SSE
- Author a paper accepted in a peer-reviewed journal or a paper accepted by the programme committee of an international scientific conference.
- Contribute to scientific mediation through an activity that can be posted on the Graduate School website
- Be an active member (member of the board, organiser of an activity) of the OPTICA Student Chapter of the Manutech-SLEIGHT student association
- Any other activity proposed by the student to the Graduate School’s Educational Committee leader and validated by the Graduate School
The Certificate will be delivered no later than the SSE following the end of your training in Saint-Etienne/Lyon.
