Applications are open for the Photonics Engineering Master degree!
The specialty in Photonics Engineering offers the full set of academic courses and teach a knowledge-based approach in the fields of surface and interface science and technology (development and application of fiber optics or waveguide components or sensors, characterization of surfaces).
The curriculum of this track provides students a level to the state of the art in:
- Surface and Interfaces properties,
- Techniques to surface characterisation,
- Techniques to realise structured surfaces, mainly by laser processing
- Laser & Laser-matter interaction
- Interaction of radiation with matter
- Electromagnetic modelling
- Plasmonic
- Guided optics
- Thin-Films
- Radiometry - Colorimetry - Material appearance
