The MSc in Optics, Image, Vision, Multimedia (OIVM) is a unique master programme offering six specialisation tracks including 4 Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees – EMJMD (or EMJM).
This master program intends to shape the future industrial and academic experts in optics, photonics, surface engineering, image, material appearance, imaging technologies, spectral imaging, security, reliability, safety and radiation effects. The entire master curriculum is strongly related to the research activities of the Hubert Curien Laboratory, which involves about 250 people in the fields of optics, photonics, microwave, laser processing, image processing, machine learning, data science and security.
The master OIVM is co-accredited by Jean Monnet University, Institut d'Optique Graduate School, Ecole Centrale de Lyon and Ecole des Mines of Saint-Etienne.
iPSRS - Intelligent Photonics for Security, Reliability, Sustainability & Safety (EMJM)
The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master (EMJM) iPSRS trains the next generation of highly-skilled experts in photonics and data science to address the current and future societal challenges related to security and safety of people, goods and environment.
RADMEP - Radiation and its Effects on Micro Electronics and Photonics Technologies (EMJMD)
The Master track RADMEP provides a multidisciplinary and innovative programme covering the interactions between radiation and microelectronics and photonics, two Key Enabling Technologies for the future of Europe.
