Rosa OLLOGHE MANDOUKOU

ROSA'S MOTIVATION FOR SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

There are many reasons why I decided to do a PhD. Firstly, I had a particular interest in research and development. There's also the desire to be part of a team and develop a problem. Whether in the course of my professional or extra-professional experiences, I've had to learn to work in a team, and this is something I particularly enjoy, although I'm totally at ease working independently too. Another motivation is the desire to learn and discover. Learning from my superiors and researchers in the field, discovering and enriching a specific vocabulary, as well as developing a certain rigor and good methodology.
Finally, I'm fully committed to the values inherent in the thesis, notably sharing, by disseminating results to team members, at conferences for example, via articles and posts, but also sharing knowledge by giving courses.
